Sunsetting Chart Studio Cloud User Accounts
Chart Studio Cloud has been a valued resource to the data science and academic communities allowing everyone to simply and easily share their interactive Plotly data visualizations. Unfortunately, due to abuse of this resource by some bad actors, we will be suspending redirection from plotly.com/~username to 'username' profile page on November 8, 2024. The default profile page URLs (chart-studio.plotly.com/~username) will remain valid. The creation of new user accounts has been suspended and is effective immediately. Existing user accounts and charts created before this date are unaffected, unless the content was flagged as inappropriate.
