Come one, come all: Plotly is hosting our very first data analytics hackathon with a twist: it’s a vibe-a-thon!

We’ve newly launched Plotly Studio, our agentic AI solution that lets you generate beautiful data apps with just a dataset. And we want you to put it to work by building the most out-of-the-box, creative, and beautiful analytics apps you can dream of. You’ll then publish them with Plotly Cloud, so your apps can meet and greet the world.

What’s in it for you? Cash prizes, swag… and the title of best data analytics vibe coder out there. All you need to participate is:

• A dataset: you can bring your own, or we can provide one for you
• Plotly Studio and a Plotly Cloud account: we’ll share detailed instructions how to get them for free
• A love for data, unique visualizations, and analytics

Coding knowledge is absolutely not required to participate. Plotly Studio will automatically generate data apps with AI, that you can edit with plain language.
