Install Dash Enterprise on AWS

Dash Enterprise on AWS helps businesses operationalize data science, AI, and ML models.

Please follow the steps below to install Dash Enterprise on AWS.

Dash Enterprise can install on a single EC2 VM, or a cluster of EC2 VMs with Amazon EKS. Instructions for both installation methods are below.

Install option 1: Single EC2 VM
Install option 2: Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service

Step 1: Set up your AWS EC2 environment.

Plotly supports a simplified installation of Dash Enterprise on AWS using an EC2 VM and a custom AMI.

At minimum, you'll need:

  • 64-bit Linux server
  • 8CPU (or vCPU) cores
  • 16 GB RAM and 32 GB swap space
  • 210 GB disk space for the Plotly data directory (2 TB recommended)
  • 120 GB of disk space minimum for the Docker data directory (defaults to /var/lib/docker)
  • 20 GB of total disk space is a required minimum for the Replicated data directory (/var/lib/replicated)
